Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to IATerm. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Infiniact Co., Ltd (a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, hereinafter "We" or "Company") regarding the use of the IATerm software ("Software"). By downloading or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your devices. You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  • Use the Software to build a competitive product or service;

3. AI Features and Disclaimer

  • Tool Only: IATerm acts solely as a terminal tool that accepts the utility of AI tools. We do not integrate any Artificial Intelligence models; all AI features and models are generated by the User's own AI tools.
  • Vendor Independence: Models and algorithms are provided by vendors selected by your AI tool and are unrelated to IATerm. We assume no liability for the accuracy, legality, or safety of any content generated by third-party AI tools.
  • Independent Judgment: You assume sole risk for relying on the Output provided by third-party AI tools and are obligated to independently review any code before application.

4. Fees and License

  • One-Time Purchase: IATerm is offered as a one-time purchase license. Upon payment, you are granted perpetual use of the Software within the permitted number of simultaneous devices.
  • No Subscription Fees: There are no subscription fees or automatic renewals associated with this Software.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

All intellectual property rights in IATerm, including code and design, belong to Infiniact Co., Ltd. The code, scripts, and local configuration data you create through IATerm belong to you.

6. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration.
